What can I expect in group therapy?
Therapy groups are an opportunity to sit with people who can relate to the struggles you are experiencing because they are experiencing them, too! I aim to guide my groups with intention and skill, ensuring that members find the group helpful, interesting, and worthwhile. The group atmosphere is small, welcoming, and personal, with no more than 6-8 members in the group at a time. This fosters communication, trust, support, and attention necessary to see benefits from group participation.

Join a Group
If you are interested in joining an in-person group, great! Before you begin attending group, let's schedule an initial session to talk about some of your goals, and I can share some information with you about the group process. To schedule this initial session, please feel free to call, email, or schedule a group therapy intake session through the online scheduling. The group and I can't wait to meet you!
