Mental Health Therapy

Mental health therapy can be beneficial if you are feeling depressed, anxious, hopeless, lost, unbalanced, or even numb. Together we can talk about what is not going well, and how we can work on bringing you emotional relief and peace.

Cost: $150 per 60-minute session. The option to use insurance may be available. 

Trauma Therapy

Experiences of trauma can cause us extensive emotional pain, and sometimes we wonder if it will ever get better. The good news is, it can get better. There are ways to treat the symptoms and roots of trauma, including EMDR therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am EMDR-trained and CBT-trained and would be more than happy to talk with you about working through some of these painful experiences together. You are not alone.

Addiction Counseling

Addiction is a symptom. A symptom that life has become unmanageable, and the wounds have become too great to tolerate. So many are impacted by the effects of addiction, not only the ones suffering from dependence. Family, friends, co-workers, the community - the ripple effects of addiction are far and wide, and everyone impacted deserves healing and hope. If you or someone you love is suffering, it's never too late to change, to find a new way to adapt, and a better place to live.

Cost: $150 per 60-minute session. The option to use insurance may be available.  

Group Therapy

We can't always do it alone. Sometimes knowing we have a place to go, to meet with other minds and souls who share in our sufferings, can help us put down the burdens we carry for a little while. We may hear exactly what we need to hear from the group, and we can carry this light with us in between meetings. The group therapy room can be a very empowering place. We gain the courage to face ourselves by showing up, facing other people, and listening to the words in the room.
